Moving overseas from Canada to Scotland is a stressful, overwhelming ordeal and I felt as though Hannah was GENUINELY trying to help out our family. She took the time to walk me through techno-challenges I was having. My emails were always responded to in a timely fashion which is difficult when dealing with someone in a different time zone, on a different continent, from the other side of the pond. Once we had secured the rental, Hannah even went on to offer further help providing other information to help with our move. I'm completely satisfied with Ritchie Leasing. The process of renting a place was really easy and fast. Communication is always prompt and kind.
